Whenever I tried to run the test, with whatever setting in .htaccess (my page is on a remote webhost, but I know that httpd has got the correct settings, as another Clean Urls Are Enabled, But The Clean Url Test Failed. Uncheck The Box Below To Disable Clean Urls. Found it also in Drupal 7.50. To skip unnecessary tweaking htaccess/LAMP/XAMPP/Etc, remove "s" from https.
