My guess is that DHCP server starts before Active Directory starts. When I do this I get a message that the operation was performed successfully, however when I log back onto the new child domain server the DHCP remains unauthorized.I thought this There are obviously a number of things that can prevent DHCP working, has it worked and stopped working or are you just fireing it up for the first time?
