So at least that part is fixed... I suspect there's a bad connection rather than a problem with the cluster, since the NEW one had the same problem. it is not listed in the owners manual at all... There are no screws, it just pops straight up and out. The service department guy suspected my PCM. On second thought, I could pass the information on to her and she could complete the repair. Get down there (not easy) and check all the wiring.
