There is NO drag and drop between TB and Outlook 2016: Email to Brain, Contact to Brain, Brain back to draft email. does not.   7. If troubleshooting causes you stress, I can totally understand. However, I find challenges to be exciting and fun.

As you are then running Outlook with different permissions than Explorer, drag & drop between the two won’t work. Rebooting does the trick as well but that might not always be a direct option. Most likely, the option “Run this program as an administrator” is selected for you.
