Shady doesn't do anything funky to your system (it's just a regular application; just quit it and trash it if you don't want it anymore), and will not damage your screens I'm still trying to sort them out. If so, then it is the inverter/backlight circuit of your computer. I have to go to Display in System Prefs to adjust the brightness.Regards,Steve M.
