I shone a torch on the fuse box and noticed the 20a fuse holder for the dipped beam doesn't have any copper clips inside it like the other fuse holders have? Bought the relay and i now have low beams!!

I swopped out the right side bulb with an osram and it hasn't gone out yet. Dan January 11, 2015 @ 1:42 PM Hi Nick, I have a golf mk5 gti (2007) with a aftermarket hid kit fitted and every now and then the passenger side doesn't I shall start with replacing both bulbs and see if that works. Dealers charge a fortune for new headlight housings, so look for aftermarket reproduction headlight housings on ebay or online. The sensors on the suspension are intact and plugged in.
