I located the MediaSmart program folder with a simple search, double-clicked the app icon as if to open the app and the install continued automatically. THIS IS SO ANNOYING!!! yes, i tried that R97343.exe and no, it doesn't work because i don't have a dell. Hadn't worked for ages and Dell Support were totally useless. The volume display flashes on and off all the time, in response to any noise. An error (403 Forbidden) has occurred in response to this request. I double clicked on the QuickSet application and nothing happened, so I alternate-clicked on it and selected open.
